What else can Obama blame on Congress? I know, his low approval rating!

Hey everybody, come on...the reason that Obama is doing so poorly in polls is because of Congress. Apparently we are too stupid to differentiate between our branches of government. I doubt his low approval rating has anything to do with the out of control spending, debt/deficits, high-unemployment, the non-stop wars, the continuation of the USA PATRIOT Act, Gitmo/other "secret" prisons, torture, assassinations, and murder... No, it's because of Congress.

Can anyone name a branch that doesn't deserve equal blame for the quagmire our country is in?
