    Alan Greenspan, Former Chairman of the Federal Reserve: "Very much so. This is not an issue of credit rating, the United States can pay any debt it has because we can always print money to do that. So, there is zero probability of default."

    Yep....pay it back with a devalued currency. Oh well...people investing in treasurys right now are going to get what they deserve.

    Wow...I don't understand how he could say something so blatantly stupid and not be called on it?

    No follow-up question of "well, wouldn't that devalue the currency?".... Really?
