DownsizeDC bashes Rand Paul's "Cut, Cap, and Balance" plan

Today DownsizeDC.org published '"Cut, Cap, and Balance" Means Leviathan State, Forever' which attacks Rand Paul's "Cut, Cap, and Balance" plan.

I support both DownsizeDC and Rand Paul, so I'm not sure what to think here! Thoughts?

I was under the impression that "Cut, Cap and Balance" was started by Jim DeMint. I could be wrong, though.

Idealists. What they are missing is the usual. Rand is promoting a plan that sounds reasonable to most people, can't easily be painted as extremist and is a step in the right direction.
They almost "get it" when they say:
The only good thing about this is that Democrats will probably reject it, leading to a stalemate, which means the Debt Ceiling would stay where it is.
They reject it and Rand looks like the sensible one and they look like the extremists. This ain't checkers.
