Defaulting On Debt. Sticking It To The Banks.

    From http://www.theburningplatform.com/?p=16877

"When the MSM like CNN starts running stories saying how much sense it makes to walk away from an underwater mortgage, you know the trend is well underway and has become the norm. I see this as a backlash against the banks that didn’t play by the rules and still got bailed out by Washington DC and your tax dollars. It is no longer a scarlet letter to default on your obligations."

"University of Arizona law professor Brent White thinks the past few years of banking scandals have reinforced the view that it’s not unethical to walk away.

“There’s a sense that the banks don’t follow the ‘rules,’ but somehow the little guy is supposed to — more and more people are saying ‘enough is enough’ and walking away,”

From what I am seeing don't walk make them throw you out and fight it all the way. The guys at rule of law radio are winning way more house than they are loosing and many homer owners are walking away with the house and damages.
