Dear Dr. Paul,
As you have stated before, we cannot dismantle the vast array of welfare programs immediately. We must gradually phase them out so that those who are dependent on the system aren’t hurt.
However, what are some sensible things you, as President, would be able to do right away to introduce free market forces in medicine? How does dealing with the FDA fit into this plan?
