    Let me guess:

They went from having an overwhelming majority to a huge majority?

No, it seems as if the Peoples Party, which is a neconservative party (the guys who got spain into iraq) was the winner. Although here in Spain the vote is usually split three ways: Socialist Party, Peoples Party and regional/nationalist parties which tend to be left wing.

Oh and these were municipal and regional elections, not national parliamentary elections which are next year.

Great, so their choices are the same as ours.

    A) War and socialism

    B) Socialism and war

They started like a year ago or so, and right now they are the third party in the social media, but still pretty unknown outside the internet. Not bad for being active only a year.

Still, the 3 main parties PP, PSOE and CiU lost over a million votes altogether

Universidad Rey Juan Carlos offers a masters in austrian economics! My former Econ professor at IE Business School here in Madrid also teaches there and he's a Mises fellow. His name is Gabriel Calzada.

Did they actually run? If so, did they get many votes?

    On Trump:
How conservative Republicans can continue to support this arrogant imposter—the man who brags about inflicting the world with the Covid mark of the beast; the man who said, “Take the guns first, go through due process second”; and the man who deliberately played and then set up Stewart Rhodes (of course, Stewart was all too eager to be Trump’s patsy) for an 18-year prison sentence—is truly beyond my comprehension.” Chuck Baldwin
