Exclamation Soviet Weather Engineering Over North America - U.S. Army Col. Tom Bearden (ret.)

Interesting public lecture from Colonel Tom Bearden - Lieutenant Colonel U.S. Army (Retired). President and Chief Executive Officer, CTEC, Inc. MS Nuclear Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology. A lot of this highly technical presentation has to do with nuclear physics and electromagnetic energy, very interesting stuff.

This type of technology was most likely the same kind that was used to reduce 90% of the twin towers to dust on 9/11, which you can learn more about here: http://wheredidthetowersgo.com

    Who Controls the Weather?

    Business Week
    OCTOBER 20, 2005

Theories about Russian agents steering Hurricane Katrina may be off base, but research into weather manipulation has been going on for decades
    ...

The Russians -- a clique of KGB secret-police hardliners who took over a secret weather-control weapon developed for the old Soviet military -- did it. In fact, according to retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Bearden, they've been dickering with U.S. weather patterns since 1976.

    Russian appeal of 'weather control'

    BBC News
    26 March 2010

The Russian government has used rain prevention methods since Soviet times, seeding clouds for major celebrations three times a year - Victory Day, City Day and, more recently, Russia Day.
    ...

"Besides, the idea didn't come to the Moscow mayor from nowhere, it is based on facts. In the early 1980s, back in the Soviet period, there was a special service to limit snowfall over Moscow. It stopped working during perestroika [Gorbachev's reforms], when money became scarce," Mr Stasenko said.

I don't have time to watch an entire hour right now- can anybody say what sort of weather changes they were allegedly causing?

Cloud seeding does work but you have to already have the conditions for rain in the sky- you just attempt to triger it when or where you want rather than waiting for nature to do its thing.

this is not the same type of weather modification as the kind you referred to, "Cloud Seeding". This is using scalar waves and electromagnetic energy. It is a very important topic, especially considering how many countries now have HAARP-like facilities. I strongly encourage you to watch the presentation if you ever have time, because it is rather technical and it is not something that can be easily explained in a few forum posts.

It should not take long to in general terms explain what sorts of weather changes they caused in the US.

Thanks. That was one of the BEST videos I have seen on the subject of weather warfare.

I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks, hereinafter called the Fed. The Fed has cheated the Government of these United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the Nation's debt. The depredations and iniquities of the Fed has cost enough money to pay the National debt several times over. -Cong. Louis McFadden

Still no word on what weather in the US they actually are said to have changed? Guess not.

You would think that if they had the power to control the weather they would do something about the droughts they seem to have.

Worst Russian Drought in 50 Years Threatens Next Crop

    August 03, 2010, 12:41 PM EDT

Aug. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Russia’s worst drought in at least 50 years, which already drove wheat prices to the biggest jump since 1973, shows no signs of easing and now threatens sowing plans for winter grains, the national weather center said.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drought...e_Soviet_Union
Droughts and famines in Russia and the USSR tended to occur on a fairly regular basis, with famine occurring every 10–13 years and droughts every 5–7 years. Golubev and Dronin distinguish three types of drought according to productive areas vulnerable to droughts: Central (Volga basin, Northern Caucasus), and Central Chernozem Region), Southern (Volga and Volga-Vyatka area , Ural, Ukraine), and Eastern (steppe and forest-steppe belts Western and Eastern Siberia and Kazakhstan).[1]
