How would Ron Paul deal with terrorism?

I'm sure this has been discussed already, but I tried to conduct a search, and could not find what I was looking for. Specifically, what would Ron Paul's official stance be on the following questions?

1) What would Paul do if we were struck by another terrorist attack originating from overseas?

2) What would Paul do if an unfriendly country or regime announced that we were on its target list and they were looking for some nukes?

3) What would Paul do if an organization attacked the US and then took refuge in a foreign country that refused to cooperate with him?


I'm not looking for a non-interventionist foreign policy as the answer. I just wish to know what his response would be if the above would occur. I'm working on conversion, and I just want to make sure I have my ducks all in a row, so I can efficiently answer these questions to the highest standard. Obviously, some of these questions are referring to 9/11, Iran, etc.

Could you elaborate on targeted forces? I assume you mean to conduct precision strikes on say, terrorist training facilities, and such? If so, what of the host nation's complacency?

#2 - well, if it were me I'd "leak" some nuke targeting maps for a "full sweep" to the media and let them run with the story... other effective info might be very detailed info about the top 100 big wigs in that gvmt concerning their daily schedule, residences, etc. along with precise lat an longitude for each location.

There is a really good sci/fi - fiction short story called "Swiss Movement" where the Swiss change their defensive strategy to training spies, saboteurs and assassins. Another country is getting ready to attack them and the morning of the attack, nothing on the aggressors side works and their entire command structure is treated to things like recording of "BANG - You are dead!" when they do things like getting into their cars or answer the phone...

Kind of sends a message...

No doubt Dr. Paul’s views have won him hosannas from some who oppose Israel for base reasons, but it is well to mark that the congressman is no friend of Osama bin Laden and his ilk. He is the leading advocate of using against Mr. Bin Laden one of the bedrock war powers of the Constitution, the letter of marque and reprisal. That constitutional instrument — which authorizes private parties to commit acts of war — was used against the Barbary Pirates. Letters of marque have issued only rarely since, but were advanced for use against terrorists back in the 1990s by the Jewish Forward.

Dr. Paul unsheathed the constitutional sword within days of Al Qaeda’s attacks on New York and Washington, introducing the September 11 Marque and Reprisal Act of 2001 to authorize private parties to go after Osama bin Laden. He has pressed continually since then for legislation authorizing the granting of such letters, delivering an eloquent exposition to anyone who will listen. Say what one will about that strategy, but after so many hundreds of billions of dollars of outlays on conventional war, letters of marque and reprisal seem less chimerical than when Dr. Paul first proposed them.

I appreciate your answer for number two, but I want to make sure I can accurately say what Ron Paul would do (as well as I can, given different situations). I'm being asked these questions, and want to make sure that I have airtight accuracy.

He's stated that he would downsize the military but keep some boomers at sea at all times. IE: if a foreign power attacks us, they get the full force of the deterrent.

There should be some YouTubes out there with him talking about this, but I dn't have any links for you. I have seen some, though.

Also, there is a fourth question: What if an oppressed population is attempting to overthrow a tyrant and requests help from the United States. You can think Libya 2011, Venezuela 2012, or Mexico 2013?
