god the judge is soooo good.
good on beck giving him a voice.

Can someone post a three sentance rundown on what was said for me.? No videos here at work.

Beck is not friend. If this video doesn't convince you of that, nothing will. He may have given the judge a voice but he made damn sure to make his opinion just as loud and his opinion is far from ours as far as I could tell.

Judge talks about the good that Wikileaks does for us and supports it with case law. He also goes on to explain why the government is trying to block Wikileaks, and how Peter King's anti-wikileaks bill is wrong. Wraps up with why the TSA is leading us into becoming a North Korea/East Germany.

TEAM AMERICA: "America, FUCK YEAH!"
ENGINEERNJ: "You've got one 75-year-old man trying to keep 300 million people from going down the toilet."
thats such a great video... a must for everybody to watch
I think Beck is definitely a friend.. People have to just know to follow their own gut and not follow anybody blindly.
Beck has come along way since the days he thought we were terrorists... He is a tremendous platform for reaching a lot of neoconned people and I think its great how the judge has spread liberty to him.
NO NO and NO! I will argue this with anybody who thinks as you do Mike.
Please, please I beg you to understand how unbelievably important it is when Beck says stuff like: "I am uncomfortable, there's no good win here if he continues, he is an enemy of the state, if he continues, he is taking stolen documents and he is putting them out, and there are some things that should be kept secret in diplomacy however he is exposing the lies of our government"
Please understand that the TV zombies who are at home watching this hear only ENEMY OF THE STATE, NOTHING GOOD CAN COME OUT OF THIS, HE IS STEALING SECRETS WE MUST PROTECT and the rest just doesn't matter.
There is only a small percentage of the general audience who actually listens and THINKS while listening and makes up their own mind, THE REST, THE MAJORITY hears only the few sound bites that have the biggest emotional effect on them.
If Beck was on our side, he could have chosen oh so many other ways to start off with the topic that would keep a neutral or even favorable light on the issue instead of demonizing it from the get go. And you can think I'm crazy all you want but that's the power of the most awesome god damn propaganda machine in the world - the TV and it's the sole reason why Obama got elected and why Ron didn't. Nothing will ever change if you don't realize this! Nothing!

No, Beck is not a friend. But he is better than most in that he says more truth than most and give our side a voice more than most.
Well I guess since Fox allows Judge Napolitano to give his opinion for an hour 5 days a week they're our friend too?
CNN, MsNBC? They let Ron Paul give his opinion a lot, must be our friends...
It's all business, baby! Use 'em when you can, but don't give 'em the keys...
Anybody else see how contradictory Beck and the audience look? At first: "Shut him up!" then... "The government sucks! They lie! We should know!"
Not that I'm too surprised. I don't mind Beck, though. He's come a long way and is a medium to transition people our way. I never would have gotten here if he wasn't a step in the right direction, most likely. I wasn't really into politics but caught his show randomly a few times to see RP and Schiff on. That's what brought me in.
Beck may not be perfect, however, these exchanges between him and the judge are amazing! Beck has a HUGE audience and allowing the Judge to slip in these very powerful points is astonishing to see on tv, ill be honest.

I'll give praise where praise is due. Beck should be praised for having the judge on the show and having what seems to be an honest conversation. He makes his case where he is uncomfortable and lets the judge explain why liberty must be defended.
I'm not a big Beck fan but I'm not about to beat on someone for having an interview I found rather enjoyable.

Every since the Medina fiasco I've despised Beck, distrusted beck, and frankly wished the SOB would fall over dead. That being said; after reading all of the previous posts I was pleasantly surprised. I don't believe that the audience left there wanting to stone Assange. I believe that the judge took the audience from Beck. I think now the audience might think of the 1st Am before getting the rope - even while despising the villain at hand. Let us hope...

So....Is Beck right? Does Assange surround himself with Marxists? Does he champion those causes?
Cause there's a bunch of people here who think he's a libertarian.
Liberty is for all; privileges are for none.
Libertarians are often tolerant of other belief systems, and can easily be friends with Marxists, socialists, and other assorted nogoodniks.
Assange often surrounds himself with leftists for the same reason that Max Keiser does:
TO GET CHICKS.
There is a dearth of radical female libertarians, in case you hadn't noticed that the liberty movement is pretty much a sausage-fest.

Like that is a BAD thing!!!!!
I hope the state crumbles in an hour

It doesn't make one ounce of difference what the messengers politics are when he is merely delivering messages of others .....
Now if he is making it up or editing what people see then of course you can argue bias and manipulation....I have yet to hear that argument made and how could it be when the "message" is supposedly "secret" info????

Please....
Mankind has lived much longer without "the state" than with the racket......sounds like people questioning if the neighborhood is going to be "safe" without the MOB to offer their protection services.
Hell yeah .....don't even blink on pulling the plug on the state, if only it were that easy.
