Is it a good thing that the most hated man identifies himself as a libertarian? Heh
My music/art page is here"government is the enemy of liberty"-RPEphesians 6:12 (KJV)For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.Originally Posted by Torchbearer

I do not find that believable .
“You never change things by fighting the existing reality.
To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete."
"If men are good, then they need no rulers. If men are bad, then governments of men, composed of men, will also be bad - and probably worse, due to the State's amplification of coercive power." - Ozarkia
"Big Brother is watching. So are we." - WikiLeaks
Laissez-nous faire, laissez-nous passer. Le monde va de lui meme.
therefore counter-intuitively, we should be looking for more hatred for doing the right thing, not less.

He's hated by the politicians but what's the opinion of the general population?
Yeah? Well my school president also says he is a libertarian and he obviously isn't. Just because he is doing what he is doing doesn't mean he is a libertarian. He could be a big government statist for all we know, but an open big government statist. I will have to find out what his beliefs on the economy and government are before i will believe he is a libertarian.
No more IRS.
I am now old enough to vote.
Did he say he is a libertarian? That is not what I read. He said he was influenced by American Libertarianism.
Which is still a good thing. I believe he is a freedom fighter, and thus an ally.
Beyond that I am not really concerned. He is not running for office. Nor is he pushing for laws to restrict my freedom.
He is throwing wrenches in the machine. He is sowing divisions between proponents of the one world crowd.
He is exposing the lies and deceptions of corrupt governments.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.
