"I ♥ Huckabees" or "Where the hell is his grassroots support coming from!?!"

It's taken them long enough to get organized and create a forum for themselves but the sudden spike in Mike's donations is absolutely startling.

we have to crack down hard on them. Hopefully they will just go away. Well, hey, he will be splitting the neo con vote do you really think any of his supporters would go for Ron Paul anyway?

  4. #3
Ya watch out he may raise 400k this month. You must have missed everyone in the MSM last week telling Rudy supporters to fund Huck-a-bee. Because if Huck does well in Iowa that will sink Romney's ship and make Rudy a shoo in

Hucks is nothing to worry about. Maybe the Brownback supporters jumped on his bandwagon--small wagon that is.
State socialism is a system in which a large population becomes dependent on the state for its biological survival. Those who are indigent and unable to earn a wage - by reason of physical or mental infirmity, personality, or subjection to discrimination - are nonetheless fed, clothed, housed, and to a degree, entertained. Thus, people who would otherwise be expected to threaten community order, or even launch revolutionary movements, are tethered to the state and pacified.

It's not a huge spike, he raised 1 million last quarter and he's on track to raise about 350k this month. He's outpacing Q3 but not by that much.

I hope Huckabee gets a bump. Anything to keep Rudy from getting too much momentum. All we're looking for out of the other guys is no clear frontrunner. The more confusion, the better for us.

some cash to pull votes from Mitt but Ghouliaini is still gonna get drubbed anyway. The man wins no polls on the ground, only in fantasy land polls. We asked 309 Neocons who they want and Rudy gets 30 percent, big deal. Iowa and NH will prove Ghouls is the would be emperor with no clothes. What a sight.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

Huckabee is a threat. The media severely over-inflates his campaign.

  16. #14
Hahaha they're quoting me on that Huckabee forum.

Well bless their hearts. They made their forums a lot like this one (same titles for their different forums)

I think they must admire us because they are writing letters to FRC and others just like RP supporters do.

It will be hard for them to spam polls though 77 registered users.

Do not post about click fraud, you will get the ads pulled from this site. Use some discretion!

Maybe someone should just nuke this thread. Click fraud is serious business, whether you are encouraging it on a competitor's site or this one.

Huck is not the threat that you might think - primarily because the media is inflating him. He hasn't raised any money because he hasn't connected with enough people at this point who think we should be president. Sure, he has some supporters but I think that most people realize at this point that that VP is the best he could hope for.

Why are we talking about him, by the way? Do we seriously think he's worth thinking about? Come on.

Hey, I say good for Mike Huckabee's supporters! I'm glad that people are interested in the political process whether or not they support my candidate.

No offense to Mike Huckabee, but let's boil his candidacy down to something easily measureable by anyone, beer. Rudy is basically your Bud Ice --- god bless you if you drink that $#@!, as it is awful, yet severely potent. Huckabee is basically the Budweiser Select, or I'd say personally, Michelob Ultra --- we all like it because it's better for us, has a cool container, but has no substance or effect. It's like having Campbell's Chicken Soup for lunch with those 0.5 centimeter cubed squares of what they call chicken, compared to your Mom's homemade hearty chicken soup. Huckabee looks good, sounds good..but there is no substance.
"Your mother's dead, before long I'll be dead, and you...and your brother and your sister and all of her children, all of us dead, all of us..rotting in the ground. It's the family name that lives on. It's all that lives on. Not your personal glory, not your honor, but family." - Tywin Lannister

And what's Ron Paul? Cool analogy, man.

As the late-presidential candidate Samuel Dale Brownback would respond, "That's a good question, and I thank you for that question. If we had strong families, we truly would have world peace, worldwide."

If Ron Paul was a beer, he'd clearly be a George Washington Porter.

You aficionados may know that General Washington brewed his own Porter beer, which has been replicated (much less potent than Washington's original brew) at Yards, a Philadelphia brewery.

Wow, wouldn't that be the drink of choice at the Freedom Rally in November?

come on, kool-aid for sure, what else... ;-)

  31. #27
I can appreciate the sudden surge in Huckabee grassroots, but they are honestly a few months too late...

  32. #28
In fact, if I am able to make it down to the Freedom Rally, I'll buy any of you Patriots a round at Yards if they still have the founding father's recipe brews available. Here are a few.

    Thomas Jefferson Tavern Ale

Yards Thomas Jefferson's Tavern Ale is a strong golden ale brewed with honey and other ingredients specified by Jefferson for semiannual brewing at his Monticello estate. This multi-grain ale boasts a smooth body and a long finish.
    Alcohol by Volume is 8%

    General Washington Tavern Porter

Yards General Washington's Tavern Porter is a dark beer brewed with molasses. Washington's admiration of Philadelphia-style porter is reflected in his recipe for this ale, which was brewed to satisfy the thirsts of his field officers. Tavern Porter is rich and warming with a deep garnet hue.
    Alcohol by Volume is 7%

    Poor Richard's Tavern Spruce

    www.yardsbrewing.com

Based on Benjamin Franklin's original recipe for a Spruce Beer; Yards Poor Richard's Tavern Spruce is a dark, mild ale brewed with molasses and organic spruce tips. Although Franklin recorded this recipe during his time in France, spruce and molasses had become a common brewing ingredient for American colonists. This was driven by the lack of availability and cost of hops and barley. At the time, Britain restricted and unfairly taxed the trade of hops and barley imported to the colonies forcing colonists to produce ales from readily available ingredients - Spruce was the favored choice.
    Alcohol by Volume is 4.5%

Who knows though, maybe a lot of RP supporters aren't drinkers, but this place probably has lots of good food too.

Don't click bomb the Huckster...he is a tool of the media establishment, but there are much worse people in this campaign. And we should try to keep things above board with our campaign. I would say just pass out pocket Constitutions and Ron Paul Issues flyers.

I really do not like the Huck any more than you guys BUT we do want his supporters. And let's not burn all bridges with the regular Republicans, we do not want to scare away social conservatives
