What, so I can't film my family having fun on the beach anymore? My kids can't build sand castles anymore? What the heck is going on here?

What needs to be illegal, is some dipstick in a uniform lying to people telling them they can't do something "because it is illegal".
This is ridiculous!
Also disturbing is the "you can't film unless you're a member of the press." That seems to be a clear violation of the First Amendment.
