Senate Candidate Announces Endorsement, Rallies Supporters

Jefferson County typically votes for Democratic candidates. But that's not stopping Rand Paul from trying to turn Louisville red, one vote at a time.

The Republican candidate for U.S. Senate made two campaign stops in Jefferson County on Thursday.

At a business in Jeffersontown, Paul announced his latest endorsement from the National Federation of Independent Business, a small business group.

After that, he addressed a mostly friendly crowd in the South End, where his message seemed to resonate.
