Thumbs up John Dennis: pro-gay rights, pro-2nd amendment

Yesterday, John Dennis attended the annual San Francisco Gay Pride Parade. Accompanied by a gay pro-Second Amendment advocacy group, The Pink Pistols, volunteers explained to voters how Nancy Pelosi has turned her back on the gay voters of San Francisco by refusing to make repealing DOMA and Don't Ask Don't Tell a priority. Volunteers for The Pink Pistols also did an impressive job informing gay voters why the Second Amendment is necessary to a free society.

Nancy Pelosi represents one of the most socially liberal districts in the United States, yet her stance on individual liberty has been less than impressive. Even worse has been Nancy's continuous assault on small business. Both gay and straight small business owners are fed up with what is happening to our economic environment. Our government has become out of control and it is time for "We The People" to regain our ability to prosper for ourselves, not dwindle under the misdirection of our Congress.

If you believe in social liberty, economic freedom, and the future of San Francisco as California's most free and prosperous district please make a generous donation of $10, $20, $50, $100, or more TODAY to John Dennis! We need your help to make sure that Nancy Pelosi is no longer able to give lip service to social issues, yet trash them in her votes along with the fiscal stability of this country.

I used to think focusing on John Dennis' campaign was foolish. If this is how he has chosen to campaign, I have since changed my mind.

Definitely a good idea to reach out to gay groups, but I wouldn't emphasize the second amendment too much in that district.

In my experience, a huge percentage of LGBT people are hostile to the 2nd amendment. If you're ever in a debate with one, a great question to ask them to get them to open their minds is: "Don't you think Matthew Shepard would still be alive today if he had been packing heat?"

Has he attended any pro-marijuana or anti-war rallies yet?

It would be cool of ALL these people could team up and take down Pelosi.

Pelosi has to be one of the most full of sh** politicians there is. Anti-war........when Bush was around, now you rarely hear a peep from here. She says she's a staunch catholic, yet is pro-abortion.

She's such a joke. The people who vote for her should be embarassed.
"Your mother's dead, before long I'll be dead, and you...and your brother and your sister and all of her children, all of us dead, all of us..rotting in the ground. It's the family name that lives on. It's all that lives on. Not your personal glory, not your honor, but family." - Tywin Lannister
