    I linked to the article. MRocked took Rand's "moderate" quote out of what he posted, but you're not making the same criticism of him.

    Since I'm apparently a "dipstick," what did Rand mean when he said this:
    “The interesting thing is they start out with that being my position and I’m actually much more moderate than that. You know how moderate I am,” Paul said during the one-hour radio interview.

    After listening to the interview on youtube, I think Rand Paul was basically saying that his moderate approach to the USDA would be starting with the steps he mentioned. Does Jack Conway disagree with those proposals?

    Conway has said Paul is for abolishing the USDA and I'm pretty sure that is untrue. So, anything short of abolishing it must be moderate in Rand's eyes.
