NYS: State Legislature wants to borrow from Pension Fund to pay Pension Contribution

hahaha, the brilliance of the New York State Legislature. They want to borrow $6 billion from the Public Pension Fund, to make a contribution to the Public Pension Fund. The alternative is they go to the market to borrow the money to make the Public Pension Fund contribution.

What a complete and utter joke this all is.
