absolutely. Mongiardo could be construed as closer to Trey Grayson that Obama. also, look at the democratic voter numbers. Soooo many more Democrats than Republicans in Kentucky. It's going to be a tough fight to get those conservative Democrats' votes.

Lucky for us, we will [likely] have Conway as the Democratic nominee to compare and link to Obama... who no on likes. Maybe we'll get lucky and Obama will give Conway a shout out?????

I think easier. Polls show Rand doing better against Mongiardo, and also Mongiardo's pro-TARP bailout stance would have ended the race before it began.
