Given what a political $#@! hole WI is, this surprises me not a whit. Nor does it surprise me that they and the imbeciles in Ill-Annoy swim so decidedly against the current of obvious truth that most of the rest of the states have now chosen to go with.

This is the danger I see in all this 10th Amendment stuff that is going on. It is great when the state is doing what you want, and it is really $#@!ty when they are merrily stomping the snot out of your rights. I see not great reason to place so much trust in states so-called "rights" because they can be every bit as capricious as the feds. How about we the people asserting our 9th Amendment rights? THAT would seem the wiser move.
