    A lot of people think they are all in cahoots with each other. They arent. They are at each others throats. Think Gambino's and Salvatori's. Both Mafia is at war with each other, but both agreed that the way to make money during the time of prohibition was to sell alcohol. We see them both selling alcohol so we think they must be in cahoots. It doesnt mean they actually are.
