Talking Where Can I Find A List Of RP's 434-1 Votes?

I've read that Ron Paul has been on the losing side of a lot of 434-1 votes in Congress. Anyone know where I can find a list of them?

That will take you back a couple years. To go back to like the 1970's you are going to have to do some research

    bumb...good question...would somebody answer it??

Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles." —Jeff Cooper

It's actually really easy to find. The problem is that there are a lot of votes where he is the sole no vote so it might take awhile.

I'll post them as I find them. They are sorted by date. The last numbers in the link refer to the vote number.

If anyone is interested in looking up his votes for other years, here's the procedure:

    1. Go to Ron Paul's voting record at GovTrack here
    2. Change the year in the drop down menu on the right to the year you are interested in
    3. Do a search (ctrl+f) for the following term "-1,"
    4. It will then show on the left how Ron Paul voted on that vote where one member dissented.
    5. Hit "Next" or "Find Next" on your search bar to find the next vote with "-1,"

These are great! I just clicked on a few and one of them is where Dr. Paul was the only person voting against a bill where the US would spend money identifying and preserving cemetaries, cultural and religious sites in foreign countries that are of interest (supposedly) to people here in the US. Also, the bill's text condemns other countries for doing what they want to do in their own country on their own darn land if it doesn't meet the agenda of the opinion of some of those here in the US. It is amazing he's the only one that voted no for this!

I have noticed that you definitely just can't read the summary on these short bills. The summary of this one seemed not so bad....until you read the full text!

    UN - EFFIN' - BELIEVABLE!

What's really distressing to me about all those "single no" votes is the realization that ALL the rest of the House either voted for this dreck or at least abstained and let it slide through.

Truly, Ron Paul is integrity personified.

He's clearly one of the few reading these bills in their entirety.
