Hostettler for Senate campaign now accepting donations

    See their upgraded website here:

I can say with a fairly high degree of confidence that he will have enough signatures to get on the primary ballot. But there are still some districts where we could use some help with that over the next couple weeks for any of you who live in Indiana or nearby.

Also, let me again plug the idea of starting a Hostettler subforum here.

What criteria does he have to meet to get that?

    Email josh.manuel@gmail.com & suggest.

    Pro-tips:
+ Use bombastic email title (something like "HELP!!!! RPFs IS DOWN!")
+ Bluff-offer money to show you genuinely believe your will should be carried out.
+ Suggest you're in negotiations with his girlfriend (who also strongly believes in your idea) to have her withhold relations from him until he makes the subforum. (I´ve used this tactic successfully)
+ Suggest you spoke to Bryan about it who also agreed. If Josh actually checks with him, either say Bryan seemed really tired and maybe not sober or that you actually meant Brian but got the names confused.

The other big news is that Mike Pence is considering entering the race. If he does, he will instantly become the establishment favorite, and his conservative credentials are strong enough that he would pull a lot of the conservative base. Pence v. Hostettler would become the ultimate establishment vs. constitutionalist showdown.

Too bad it wouldn't be much of a showdown as Pence has seemingly unwavering support around these parts. Hell, alot of people wanted him to throw in a bid for the presidency for 2012. Just trying to be realistic...if Pence enters the race it will be over for Hostettler.

I think it could well be a contest, especially once the voters see the two in debates. Despite his very favorable reputation, this is not a good year to be an establishment crony like Pence, and it is a good year to be a constitutionalist outsider with the record to prove it like Hostettler.
