What can be done during mid-term elections?

Mid-term elections seem to usually go without much activity since there's no presidential candidate and most people aren't too energized to get involved.

But in 2008 we Ron Paul supporters were sorta learning the ropes of the delegate system and how everything works. If we had the same level of effort as far as precinct chairs and delegates, etc. What sorts of things would we be able to accomplish?

A lot, nobody can tell for sure 100% but iI'd be willing to bet that we can get 15% in the rep. primary....
