    Question about valid law

    Does anyone know where I can find sources re: constitutional law v. law by consent? In other words, if the supreme laws of the land are inhabited in the Constitution, then all other laws that are - shall we say - non-Constitutional, as opposed to Un-Constitutional, all those other laws are by consent - right?
