Arrow Pres. Obama signs $680 billion 2010 defense spending bill

He just signed it in the East Room a couple minutes ago.

Also, I'm not sure why, but he used like eight different pens.

EDIT:It has the Hate Crimes legislation in it.

Ron Paul voted against it. Gosh, you never know how that guy's gonna vote.

22 people voted against it in the House; 20 of them Democrats.

Is that the one with the "Hate" bill attached? Traitors all of them.

In a major civil rights change, the law also makes it a federal hate crime to assault people based on sexual orientation.

I think we can most always tell how Cong. Paul will vote.

In this case the bill had hate crime legislation in it. No brainer, Dr. Paul could not vote for it.

I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks, hereinafter called the Fed. The Fed has cheated the Government of these United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the Nation's debt. The depredations and iniquities of the Fed has cost enough money to pay the National debt several times over. -Cong. Louis McFadden

    The estimate was $580 billion:

I'm not sure where to find the exact number.

It's very likely that it was an increase.
