    Thumbs down Financial System reform

    Healthcare reform.
    and...
    Financial system reform...
    http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20091014/...regulation_usa

The committee will focus this week on bringing the $450 trillion market in over-the-counter derivatives under federal regulation and creation of an agency to protect consumers from risky financial products.

Ya know I always thoguth the investor had a choice in the amount of risk they wish to take?

and when government regulations fail to do this (as they will) what then? Will they repeal regulations?

Between healthcare and financial system reforms does anyone have any idea just how much of our economic prosperity we are handing over to the federal government? I've heard that the healthcare industry is roughly 1/6 th of our economy. How much is the financial industry? anybody... and together how much is this? WTF!

Is C4L sending petitions on this?

We're being governed ruled by a geriatric Alzheimer patient/puppet whose strings are being pulled by an elitist oligarchy who believe they can manage the world... imagine the utter maniacal, sociopathic hubris!
