Dr. David Scheiner was President Obama’s doctor from 1987 until he entered the White House.

Today Dr. Scheiner is publicly opposing Obama’s health plan and is calling for a single-payer system.

Single payer is the lowest cost system overall, but I would want strict assurances. The mistake made in 1968 was combining social security with the national budget, could be easily repeated with a single payer system. Keep funds separate, where congress can't touch.
