Government Support Centers Worse than Dell

Seriously, every time I call to solve an issue that I have with government, no one picks up the phone on the other end.

And if someone does... it's this half-cracked, no ethics person who just gives me another phones number or rather makes me write a letter to their agency.

I can't wait for universal health care, oh boy!
