I wish these damn writers would attach the actual name and bill number. That always frustrates me! Then on top of that it is hard as hell to find information on the state (and especially local) level. For those who want to know, it is House bill number 1175. You can read the whole bill here:

A step in the right direction. Weird thing I found, though, was that almost every vote on all different bills is unanimous. Strange...
