What happened to Pay-go?The only reasoning could be that they're going to shower the unwashed masses with goodies like this, while the economy plummets into a inevitable tailspin. This strategy worked brillantly for FDR.
So, in order to make healthcare more affordable, we must make everything else more expensive?
