Wink Might be better to ask a question.

the NEW DEAL... was... give the Federal government unlimited power, and it would take care of everything...

And that was what happened... they built roads... power plants... etc.. and it worked for some time.... it kept people fed.

but... that was when interest payments were low... on the debt.

those interest payments are now huge.. and the whole deal is turning very bad.

the problem is.. people have forgotten about that deal.. and act as if it is a non-issue... as if losing constitutional law is a non-issue..

it is not a non-issue.... it is the only issue which can end the debt, free the people and restore a constitutional government, by ending the NEW DEAL of 1933.

WE NEED a NEW DEAL.. for 2012.... and im writing it now.

Well, instead of telling people the constitution is not in effect, it might be better to ask them a specific question.

Here is an example of a topic you might consider.

Is the New Deal of 1933 still in effect?

And then ask this question as the original posting and see if anybody knows anything about it. If they say it isn't in effect, then you can show them the evidence you have and they can discuss your evidence.

Sometimes people will fill you in on what they know about the subject. Asking a question usually gets more of a response when you are trying to get someones attention.

And i was born, Fabio, raised as Luis, and strive to be Mosheh, and so, what is the problem?
Um, er . . . I don't know how to break this to you, but Americans FEAST on such details. Every aspect of your background will be gone over with a split-end splitting comb.

You wanna run for office in this country, these be your choices:

1.) Your past and present are open books -- not to say not checkered, not to say not R-rated, OPEN.

    OR

    2.) You take a hard none-of-your-business line.

You wanna put your name on a ballot, your name isn't one of the things you can keep private. Nor will your name appear in single quotes, with an alter-ego and explanation.

And the truth is... if i run... it is to provoke and to antagonize.
My understanding was that, if you run, you wouldn't be so much running as stepping up to the plate, yes? The Reluctant Leader.

I sense that it is too early for Reluctant Leaders to be announcing candidacies. NOW is the time for full-court press provocation, I quite agree. Let us poke at hornet nests and upset apple carts and impose economic sanctions and pull no punches and cut no quarter.

    If not now, WHEN?

If we will roll up our sleeves and do what needs to be done (which includes extra-ordinary belt-tightening all around, don't let anyone tell you different), worthy representatives and trusted leaders will manifest, like phoenixes rising from the ashes -- you, perhaps, among them. As it was evident to freshly independent Americans who their representatives and leaders should be, so it would be for us.

I got the name Mosheh, from a jewish girlfriends mother who did not like the fact that i was not a jew... so she re-named me...
    and i liked it...
Because it meant you were IN with your girlfriend's Mom, or because it is a variant of Moses ... WHAT did you like about having your name changed AGAIN, by someone ELSE?

since i had recently learned of the mix up with the names, Fabio and Luis... I adopted Mosheh as a third name, at age 16.
And Thezion, comes from Don Mcleans American Pie album... as it seemed fitting.

    -MEMAT
Would your given name or your "adoptive" name -- y'know, your OTHER given name -- appear on the ballot?

    Ron paul doesnt say it.

no politician in office fights for it.
Many of us, Ron Paul included, believe that the New Deal of 1933 should be ended. But it's just not a politically feasible goal. So why make that the crux on which we run? Politics is an incremental game - direction matters more than destination.

If you run on a platform of ending the New Deal, you will lose. Any strategist would tell you the same. Does that mean there's no way to end the New Deal? Anything but. Ending the New Deal is entirely possible. Run for office on a Ron Paul style platform. Get elected. Work toward change - balancing the budget, reducing the size and scope of government incrementally, so that one day we can realistically talk about scaling back everything established in the 1930s.

    1) IT IS ALL OPEN... and none of their buisness.. because it doesnt matter, I will always say... dont vote for me, because of how rightous i am, but because of the platform i commit to bringing forward and my commitment to the restoration of the constitution as law, and the restoration of the common law which will set my people free... and the people need and want that freedom, and the only way to get it, is with the common law.

    2) Sure I am reluctant, but I have no choice, since no one else is taking the line I address, and no one else is offering the solution i have addressed to the world for the past 3 years... to every nation on earth... who by the way, have not said "no"

    3) now is the time, Im not waiting, I simply have alot of work to do to get it done.

    4) that girlfriends... mom... did not give me a choice... it was settled.. she would say... "where is Moshe?" and my girl would say.. his name is Luis... and the mother would say... "oh no... his name is Moshe!"
and i would never dare argue with her...
after a while.. i started to like it...
she was the most stereo typical jewish women you can imagine... heavy accent.. and sweet as apple pie....
eventually.. I choose on my own to adopt it.

    5) I like the new name Mosheh... because I had been thinking about the issue, after learning that my birth certificate says Fabio, but somehow my parents got all my id's to say Luis.. which should not be possible.. but somehow, they did it.. they were it seems to lazy to get the birth certificate changed.
ya see... when born.. they had NOT picked a name.. but the nurse demanded it... and my mother had no choice, so she gave my fathers middle name.. Fabio.
but 5 minutes latter.. my father shows up.. and says.. oh no.. because Grandma told everyone in south america, myname would be Luis...

and so.. luis it was... but the certificate was already filed, and they forgot about it.

so... learning this... at age 15.. at age 16 17... I felt off.. and Mosheh was a good addition to my fragile identy to make me feel complete.. but I did stop there.
    which is another long story.

its helps if you ask the questions... in 1,2,3,4... format.

    And what is E-man?????

YOU DONT HAVE TOO.. neither does paul... or Adam.. or Rand...

But I do.. I must.. because I have already worked it out, and I say it is politically feasable...

I would loose... if I cannot offer a solution... a good one.. a clear one.. which solves all the underlying problems, and saves what the people dont want to loose.

We can have our cake and eat it too... we just need to make two cakes.

We could do it slow... but that... is for weaklings..

again... if the men and women of congress.. had the inspiration, the will, and the back bone... to stand up and work on it... THEN THEY WOULD NOT NEED ME.. TO JOIN THE POLITICAL CIRCLES...

but as it is... I feel duty bound to do so, until my proposals are thrown down by the people... and I honestly dont think they will.

in fact... I think I can gain the support of the international bankers... as well.

and most democrats.. but ill have to wait and see.. and sell it.. sell it.. sell it.

So I went to your "church" website and this has led to more questions.

1.) Do you consider yourself a Pastor?

2.) You were inspired at birth, 11 years of age and 33 years of age by observing a woman drinking from a gutter?

3.) Your church has raised $1.53 which is kept in a safe place?

4.) You are part of the "brotherhood" which has taken a vow of poverty yet if you pulled off the impossible and actually achieved your goal of winning the Presidency, you would have at your disposal a mansion, multi billion dollar aircraft, luxurious food and a hefty salary. Would this not be a total contradiction to the vows set forth by your own doctrine?

5.) Your church and plans of action sound very globalist to me. Do you believe in globalism? What exactly is your stance on this?
"Governor, if I had foreseen the use those people
designed to make of their victory,
there would have been no surrender at
Appomattox Courthouse; no sir, not by me.
Had I foreseen these results of subjugation,
I would have preferred to die at Appomattox
with my brave men, my sword in my right hand." - Robert E. Lee to Governor Fletcher S. Stockdale (D-Texas), 1870

dude peddle your shit somewhere else.. this is incredibly moronic..
Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual. - Thomas Jefferson
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

1)... A pastor... no... a preacher... no... preist... no... im CEO, and Avatar General, and if I must preach, i will, and often do so, but I would rather find someone else, of a specific faith to do so, regarding any one religion, rather than suggest I am qualified to preach it all... because I am not.

    2) yes... not really at birth.. did i write that? ill check... but early childhood, by a bizarre sense of purpose.. very annoying... and at age 11, when I asked god a question, and did not actually get an answer.. but experienced an epiphany of understading.... but,,, gee... i wish an angel would have apeared, or at the very least of heard a voice... but no such luck... just a clearing of fog.. for a young child, it was quite effecting... it changed everything... for my fragile mind.
and yes.. at age 33... when i saw a homeless crippled wheelchaired women... crawl from it... and scream.. i dont care... and then drink from a gutter, right next to a large church, on sunset blvd... with mercedes driving by...
it caused me to recall all the teaching of Jesus... which rang in my head, and i was so shocked by it, I desided to begin this church, to try and do what the churches should be doing...
there are 33,000 churches in Califnornia alone.. and 370,000 homeless people, which means if each church took in 11 people... there would then, be no homeless people... but.. as you may know.. churches.. make excuse.. which contradict the message of Jesus... hence.. the reason i started it.

    3) yes.. so far.. 1 dollar and 53 cents... I make no claim of success in fund raising, but i am hopeful to start it up again... but.. im not a rich man, and need a few dollars to afford the solicitation campaign, which im working on.

    4) The vow of poverty, is based on how much the church... can pay me.. or you.. or anyone... ie.. no member if the church can make more than minimum wage.. and in truth... if i was president.. I would use my salary to start the church, by giving 50% to it... and.. I am.. the founder of the brotherhood.. which has not actually started up as of yet... but im working on it.. again.. it needs funding.

    5) the church.. is not globalistic... it is based on love, which is world wide.. or should be.. it would be able to spread world wide, and unite religion and do the charity work, the other wealthy religions... COULD be doing... but dont.

-- globilization... is not inherently evil... it is just poorly managed... by governments across the globe... and if managed properly.. it could benefit both the rich and poor nations.. but at present.. is mostly.. exploitation.

the church... is not meant to be a buisness... or a for profit enterprise.. it is meant to be a family under god, working to bring prosperity to those who have personal trouble with prospering in the free market... such as the homeless.

    anything else?

    Why are you so offended?

Shall we discuss the laws of the old testiment?

    such as...

    Lev. 25:35
And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay, with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.

Lev 25:36 Take thou no usury of, him, or increase: but fear thy God;, that thy brother may live with thee.

Lev 25:37 Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.

Did not the jews... sojourn in eqypt.... as strangers????

thus are not others of another land... in your land.. sojourning?

And do you.. as the resident Jew, believe in forgiving all debts after 7 years? even if it has not been paid off in full??

    just a few simple questions..

you dont have to answer of course...

I do not attack Jews any less than christians who ignore Jesus.

    So.. dont take it peronal.

AND ANYWAY... im not a preacher.... but if asked.. i can try.

honeslty.. the reason i dont preach... is because im not very nice about it.

the old testament is comprised of stories of a god whom condones murder, rape and slavery among other atrocious things.. so take that somewhere else as well... I would not be so quick to attempt to teach me of Jewish Law.. I have completely studied it and experienced it, and therefore am in the greatest position to refute it wholly and utterly..

you have many twisted views.. and I will say it again: take your shit somewhere else.. you want to run for president? you are out of your mind.

the fact that you are dilusional enough to start with running for president, that this is your brilliant plan to save the world speaks miles on your current mental status.
