Larken refused to follow orders. That is the grounds he is being court martialed on. He previously obeyed orders to be deployed to Afghanistan but now decides he doesn't want to go anymore. Trial date set for December 14- 16th. He knew he could face court martial (and even said so when he announced he would disobey those orders) when he made his decision.
