The FRANKLIN SCANDAL is the story of a nationwide pedophile ring that pandered children to a cabal of the rich and powerful. If you have never looked into the MKUltra and related activities it is worth the research.
Survivors of the program testified before Congress. They told of forced child prostitution as well as various drug experiments.
To believe that it all ended with the Church Commission would be deliberate ignorance.

And these are the central planners, the power brokers. This is what they are capable of.
