That long blog title is the name of the lecture I'm giving this Wednesday night at 7:00pm at Penn State University, in 100 Life Sciences Building (Berg Auditorium). The event is sponsored by the College Libertarians and the Department of Economics. It's free and open to the public. Hope to see some of you good folks there.
