It does now appear to be gone. No explanation, just gone.

According to freepers, all cases pending have also mysteriously disappeared.

They kinda are...Naziism is more like state facism (it's German for "National Socialism") than socialism-but they have some similarities.

Until, perhaps...someone is criminally indicted for breaking a law Obama signed, and argues as a defense that the law isn't legit. He then subpoenas the actual birth certificate records to prove he wasn't a legit President when he signed the law, so the indictment has to be thrown out. Constitutional crisis, here we come.

It also seems that Bush2 may have given the annointed one a bit of "farewell" gift...

Then again,

...many of us citizens are also concerned about the 8 out of 9 justices meeting privately with Mr. Obama. No reporters were allowed. No attorneys were invited on behalf of the Plaintiffs. This causes many of us citizens to question the rules of judicial ethics and causes us to question the impartiality on behalf of the justices.
