Is there any good footage of Obama talking about how he's going to leave 50,000 troops in Iraq and Expand Afghanistan.

I don't think he's ever explicitly said, "50,000 troops," that's pretty much a number the experts have come up with, but you might find him saying something about leaving a residual force in Iraq. Biden is a real gaff-machine though. Try listening to his speeches.

I think it was one of his advisors that said they'd basically stay Iraq for 10 more years. As for an expansion in Afghanistan... look up his speeches/debates when he was still a candidate. He makes it pretty clear back then, haha, sometimes even now.
