    Ideology: Do The Least Harm

I'm going bat$#@! insane thinking about this. I know I read about this before but I have no idea where I read it or what it's called. What is a word that basically means, a society or philosophy that seeks to do the least harm. Its converse is a philosophy that says do whatever benefits the most people. The argument against this (this is specifically what I was given) is that a relatively healthy person could enter a hospital and have his/her organs harvested to save the lives of many others.

    Help me out, please.

I found it. Damn that was hard. It's called negative utilitarianism or negative consequentialism.
