So after all of Sally's accusations, I called the FEC directly and told them who I am, where I am running, and how much money I have made.

They informed me under no uncertain terms that until I either SPEND or RAISE $5,000 I AM NOT REQUIRED to file with the FEC. And neither are any of you who are running for office.

If you want confirmation of this, you can call the FEC yourself at 1-202-604-1000.

Sally told me I needed to consult with someone familiar with FEC law. So I did. The FEC itself.
