    Keep up the education efforts. They don't care where we draw the line. All they care about is where the tipping point is--where the majority draws the line. We must make the majority impatient with them.

    What, the majority that don't vote already?

    Yes, exactly. They're obviously already disgusted. How much more can they be pushed?

    They don't give a rat's ass about any of us or any line we draw. The end goal is to own and control the entire world, the rest of us are completely and totally irrelevant to them. Draw all the lines you want but it won't do any good. The only way to prevail is to wake enough people up and get enough of them to not go along with it anymore.

    The ultimate minority is the individual. Protect the individual from Democracy and you will protect all groups of individuals
    Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual. - Thomas Jefferson
    I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Write "Vote For McCain" on government buildings (and "Vote For Obama on others) with the blood of your children?

    Or I guess we could just accept that the media will only take us seriously after we have a base large enough to justify coverage.

    The problem is, they drew their line in the sand. We must submit to the screwing. Until we who have had enough are sufficiently numerous, we won't back them down...

    That's there game. We will never have legitimate coverage because the establishment deems our ideas non-legitimate. Stop playing their games: You cannot win.

    You need to become the media. Not beg them.

    The elections have been rigged since at least 2000,a nun was arrested at a protest,some people paint their homes to look like a Dr Paul sign,gas gouging is obvious,Our border agents are imprisoned for doing their job,concentration camps are going up all over the country, a reporter for ABC was assaulted by the law for taking pictures of Our honorable elected officials accepting swag from corporate cashiers,and God knows what we still haven't uncovered.No coverage in the major media.
    We have 90% of the country screaming "enough."They don't want to see us.

    Correct. "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable." - John F. Kennedy

    A revolution is an economic decision, in the essence that economics is a study of the consequences of choice. Success in economics, no matter the scale, boils down to two things:

    1. Margins (on a relative basis) / Numbers (on an absolute basis)
    2. Timing

    Both are certainly tipping the scales resoundingly toward one form of revolution. Will we be ready?

    Identify the hundred most egregious Politicos and Corporate Big Shots. Take your pickets and signs and outrage to the public property nearest the entrances of the posh private schools where their sons and daughters are educated into the Aristocracy. Take your pickets and signs and outrage to the public property nearest the stores and salons where their wives pamper themselves on ill-gotten gains.

    Two things must be understood.

    1.) If, unmolested, they are making money doing things the way they're doing them, why would they do them any differently? They're $#@!s, they're not stupid.

    2.) At the end of long grueling days pressurized by wheeling and dealing with other people's money for personal gain, Robber Barons and Ruling Elite are welcomed into the best restaurants and stores and schools and country clubs. They travel first class and are warmly greeted by obsequious servants hoping to ingratiate themselves with Power.

    We can start by revoking our investments in the financial market to speed along this long awaited crash. When there is no one to blame but the government will the people finally act on the flame under their asses. Besides, the first hit is always the smallest(Capital gains tax.) And money in the hand is way better than numbers on paper of a failing industry.

    Edit: Why is there a Palin advertisment bar at the bottom of this page? I think I hate Palin more than Obama, and that's saying alot.

    Look, last year I was part of the campaign to stop the amnesty bill. We did it with thousands and thousands of phone calls, emails, faxes, and visits to their offices. We even shut down the phone system at the capitol.

    The people in the freedom movement need to have the same passion as the people in the border security movement, of which I am a member.

    Ron Paul people have passion, and a proven record of getting results when we mass together. We can do this! September 25th is the planned date for protest, we all need to supplement that protest by calling our reps and blasting them!

    Everyone,

    This week the White House is going to try to push through the biggest robbery in world history with nary a stitch of debate to bail out the Wall Street bastards who created this economic apocalypse in the first place.

    This is the financial equivalent of September 11. They think, just like with the Patriot Act, they can use the shock to force through the “therapy,” and we’ll just roll over!

    Think about it: They said providing healthcare for 9 million children, perhaps costing $6 billion a year, was too expensive, but there’s evidently no sum of money large enough that will sate the Wall Street pigs. If this passes, forget about any money for environmental protection, to counter global warming, for education, for national healthcare, to rebuild our decaying infrastructure, for alternative energy. (note: most of us come from the left, but our hearts are in the right place)

    This is a historic moment. We need to act now while we can influence the debate. Let’s demonstrate this Thursday at 4:00 pm in Wall Street (see below).

    We know the congressional Democrats will peep meekly before caving in like they have on everything else, from FISA to the Iraq War.

    With Bear Stearns, Fannie and Freddie, AIG, the money markets and now this omnibus bailout, well in excess of $1 trillion will be distributed from the poor, workers and middle class to the scum floating on top.

    This whole mess gives lie to the free market. The Feds are propping up stock prices, directing buyouts, subsidizing crooks and swindlers who already made a killing off the mortgage bubble.

    Worst of all, even before any details have been hashed out, The New York Times admits that “Wall Street began looking for ways to profit from it,” and its chief financial correspondent writes that the Bush administration wants “Congress to give them a blank check to do whatever they want, whatever the cost, with no one able to watch them closely.”

    It’s socialism for the rich and dog-eat-dog capitalism for the rest of us.

    Let’s take it to the heart of the financial district! Gather at 4pm, this Thursday, Sept. 25 in the plaza at the southern end of Bowling Green Park, which is the small triangular park that has the Wall Street bull at the northern tip.

    By having it later in the day we can show these thieves, as they leave work, we’re not their suckers. Plus, anyone who can’t get off work can still join us downtown as soon as they are able.

    There is no agenda, no leaders, no organizing group, nothing to endorse other than we’re not going to pay! Let the bondholders pay, let the banks pay, let those who brought the “toxic” mortgage-backed securities pay!

    On this list are many key organizers and activists. We have a huge amount of connections – we all know many other organizations, activists and community groups. We know P.R. folk who can quickly write up and distribute press releases, those who can contact legal observers, media activists who can spread the word, the videographers who can film the event, etc.

    Do whatever you can – make and distribute your own flyers, contact all your groups and friends. This crime is without precedence and we can’t be silent! What’s the point of waiting for someone else to organize a protest two months from now, long after the crime has been perpetrated?

    We have everything we need to create a large, peaceful, loud demonstration. Millions of others must feel the same way; they just don’t know what to do. Let’s take the lead and make this the start!

    AGAIN:
    When: 4:00 pm – ? Thursday, September 25.
    Where: Southern end of Bowling Green Park, in the plaza area
    What to bring: Banners, noisemakers, signs, leaflets, etc.
    Why: To say we won’t pay for the Wall Street bailout
    Who: Everyone!
    ~~~
    Directions added for Bowling Green and U.S. Customs House/Museum of the American Indian:
    => TRAINS: #4, 5 to Bowling Green (east exit); R, W to Whitehall St. (north/uptown/Stone St. exit); #1 to Rector St.(south/downtown/Morris St. exit); J, M, Z to Broad St. & walk 4 blocks SW; #2, 3 to Wall St. & walk 5 blocks SW.
