2600+ drug cartel murders at Mexican border this year

Glenn Beck just said that there were 2600+ drug cartel murders near the border this year. I want to end the drug war just from what I see around me day to day in New Orleans, but 2600 is nearly genocide.

I do believe that there are more people in the world that want peace than war, but power hungry governments always lead the people into wars that they don't want.

Blame the Mexican government for the problem. They have the stupidest drug laws around, if America would legalize everything it'd be a big deal around the world. But no one has the balls because of the Religious/Morality sect of the USA.

The religious sect should be supportive. They could save tax money by not funding the government waste, and they could fund charitable rehabilitation centers that would help people instead of a criminal justice system that destroys people's lives. The only way to stop the violence is to remove the cash from the underground market. Prayer or prisons cannot supersede the law of supply and demand.
