PHP Web Developer Here

Do you know anything about drupal?

Or what mises.org is run as?

Drupal is just a content management system available for download. I haven't ever personally used it, but I'm familiar with other CMS's and I don't imagine it would be very difficult to work with.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

Drupal is programmed in PHP. PHP is a programming language. PHP is what most dynamic websites on the internet are programmed in these days. PHP allows for dynamic content and gives you the ability to harness many of the full potentials of the internet.

It's open source (free) and cheaper to host.
