I am listening to the Dems convention, and I was shocked that they actually proposed slavery (they call it Universal National service) in the Teddy Kennedy tribute.

Always be wary of any law when the word 'universal' is used/proposed. Bastiat explained this very well with the topic of 'universal suffrage' in his book "The Law".Originally Posted by cindy25
