    E-Trade's new World Markets product, but...

    ... beware that if you don't execute 1 trade per quarter, or hold a $10,000 balance, your US trading account (a requirement for the world one) will be hit with a $25 penalty. Kinda skeezy that you have to actually search for this information... their customer service rep couldn't even give me details until he opened up some internal document "I haven't looked at in months" yeah okay..
