    Default Oneida County

I'm looking at the returns and its interesting. Oneida has 100% reporting, ome 1250 voters, 79% McCain, 21% Paul, and NO Uncommitted. Seems unlikely.

Also, looking at the Dem results from Feb. 5th, only 19 democratic voters.

Can any natives explain this. Can a county be 75 to 1 ratio in favor of republicans?
or is there an error somewhere?
