Prepare to have your property rights and privacy violated!!!

in california, where the LBAM (light brown apple moth) aerial spraying poisons is planned this summer, they are also going to come onto people's property and put extremely toxic twist ties all over people's trees without permissionof the homeowner!

later they will be spraying aerially, using carcinogenic chemicals and endocrine disruptors contianed in toxic plastic spheres several nights a month, nine months of the year, for several years.
imagine the sound of that overhead while you are in your house, which you have sealed up with tape, wondering when and how it will be safe to go out again. (it won't as the spray lasts 30 days, so it can be tracked in on your clothes and shoes, and dog's and cat'sfeet) they are spraying everywhere there, even in residential areas.

and this moth is not even doing harm, as the chemical friends are claiming! merely reclassifying this moth and observing organic methods will control it, but instead, they will be killing off the birds and bats, who are the natural predators!

this twist tie invasion is starting right away, before the aerial invasion.

From my reading, they are spraying an artificial pheromone which disrupts their mating cycle. Seems a bit odd to me that it would be toxic.

What's outrageous is that they got to do it without an environmental impact study.

that is probably why the moth is classified as an emergency, so they can use untested chemicals, and without any environmental studies.( a recent court ruling demands an environmental study, so the spray is delayed till august.)
the chemical pals are going to challenge this ruling, because they are in a hurry to spray.

the toxic twist ties will be used monday. see www.veganreader.com

many are misled by the use of the descriptive word pheromone, but it is not natural, consists of several nasty chemicals. look at the report from doctor rose, for example, which is at vegan reader, or check out http://www.dontspraycalifornia.org/lbam there is a lot of explanation of the toxic nature of this spray. also see www.lbamspray.com (the link for dontspraycalifornia does not work, but type it n, as the site is up)

take a look at this, which, among many other horrifying facts, tells that a spin doctor was hired to make people think this spraying is needed(the moth does no significant harm), and that the poison spray is beneficial and harmless!!!
look at how much money is beng put into this spraying, and toxic twist tie and other grond treatments!
