World Bank Free Trade Policies not really Free Trade (India)

I was in Hyderabad and I couldn't believe how cheap the tomatoes were that I picked up. Twenty-five cents for a kilo (2.5lbs) of small tomatoes!!

Then I thought something was wrong. How can a farmer survive on such low prices? Here is the video that affirmed my feelings and it's much worse than I would've ever imagined.

I was staying in the urban parts where all the focus on everyone's minds and on the news was on the glamour and glory of the MNC building campuses in the outskirts of the city.

WE'VE ALL BEEN SOLD ON THE COLORFUL GLOSSY MARKETING BROCHURE OF FREE TRADE WTO/WORLD BANK.

Neocolonial Liberalisation and Farmers Suicides in India. Three part videos:

So sad. Can't we just have an honest free market for once? I will watch this.

Does it have a leftwing slant to it? I hope not.
