It went like this...

1) Had the strategy (delegates)
2) Hid it for a while but the cat finally got out of the bag (but that's OK
since it was helpful to motivate meetups)
3) Won a couple states
4) Now that we have details and strategies coming together it's time to
be smart and silence the specifics here on the forums (and spread strategies
through meetup emails)
