She said she was "just kidding" when she said the inmates
were out of the asylum. She seemed to be holding out
an olive branch. She played the introduction with all the
yelling and cheering for Ron Paul. She also allowed that
he is the most pro-life candidate running. Did anyone
else hear this?

If we can provide to the education of Laura, it's a good thing. I remember listening to her trash Ron Paul after the Julie Annie debate exchange, and I'm still not over that.

I think that first and foremost she is an entertainer looking to cash in on politics.

It's a long shot, but if there is indeed a Goldwater-esque "revolution " in the making, there's no reason she shouldn't be in the niche that Anne Coulter holds for the neocons. It could be her chance to break away from her pack and take the lead of a new one.

Watch how Dr. Paul deals even with hostile interviewers; he's always ready to make a new friend. His genuineness and openness really disarm people who are used to dealing with, well, politicians. If Laura Ingraham can be brought around by treating her apology as sincere, why not? She would be a great asset to the campaign.

I was a pro war bush defender for a long time too. We shouldn't be too harsh on people who don't know better. Most people aren't the enemy.

The asylum part wasn't the part that bothered me most it was her description
of Letter of Marque and Reprisal that really bothered me. Unforgivable she tried to make it sound like Joe six pack is on a mission and that is not how it works at all.

I agree, but I don't present myself as a representative of Ron Paul, especially within these forums.

Calling people out has a function in civil society, it holds them accountable for their behavior and hopefully will show them that there is disapproval for such behavior.

I certainly wouldn't hire Ingraham to be a host for any event of mine based on her performance, maybe some people would for theirs.

But, we all vote with our own voice opinions.
