    I thought about this question the other day: why hasn't more RP legislation been passed. The answer: to get my legislation passed I have to make deals with other legislators like I'll vote for your (unconstitutional legislation) if you'll vote for my bill and RP doesn't operate that way.

    He does talk alot about economics and the draft being unconstitutional.
