    I think some are holding til we get closer to the date. I've only bought 1 and surely will get a few more right before they ship. Just can't afford it right now.

    Remember, although the official publication date is April 30, the book will start shipping from Amazon on April 9. So we'll have it three weeks earlier than we thought.

    Quite honestly, I can't remember the last time I was this excited about buying a book (and I've read a great many books in my lifetime).

    It's too bad the book wasn't ready for publication earlier in this campaign year.
