Video Description

Ron Paul was missing from the ballot at my designated polling place at 6 Lee Avenue Stony Point, NY 10980 in Rockland County NY. Upon mentioning this to the poll workers they proceeded to tell me several times that "He dropped out". This is my personal account.
The Ron Paul NYC Headquarters was notified and its now in their hands but its your turn to voice your concern and your discontent with the Rockland County Board of Elections who were responsible for this - whether it was a mistake or intentional its unacceptable.

Don't sit back and tell yourself this was an isolated incident. The headquarters reported that their phone was off the hook with reports that poll workers were falsely notifying people that Ron Paul had dropped out.

If you ask me it is obstructing democracy... treasonous even.

I don't have proof that this is fraud, but it does look "irregular".

The town of Acton MA recently published the primary result on its web site.

The name "Ron Paul" first appeared on Page 3, in the Republican Presidential Preference category. The same name then appeared again on page 4, under the category of Republican Town Committee. The second name got 27 votes, which is quite substantial compared with the 52 votes for the first name.

Maybe a simple phone call to the town clerk can find out what's happening. But for personal reasons, I would like to be anonymous.

Ron Paul Left Off Ballots In New Jersey

On super tuesday I read some stories here about poll workers in New Jersey telling voters that Ron Paul had dropped out. So I posted a message on my myspace page letting a couple of my friends in NJ know what I heard and to tell them to be on the lookout for any type suspicious activity. About 45 minutes later I got this in my inbox:

"Wish I read this before I voted. He wasn't on the ballot form. But Rudy Gillani was!! I was kinda shocked at that, since I heard he dropped out...."

This woman voted in Somers Point, NJ and to the best of my knowledge she was planning on voting for Ron Paul.

If anyone knows anyone else in this area than please contact them and find out if they had the same experience. I have known this woman for years and I have no reason to suspect she would lie to me but we need more than one person to verify this.

So I got phone polled today.. right when I heard it was a political poll I knew I had to get it on the mic. Especially in the world we live in where the motto is "YOUTUBE IT OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!". Colorado - First caucus I have ever attended. Arrived too late to vote (plane was delayed in AZ). But they voted in the beginning to not have a paper ballot I guess (by hand). So everyone just raised there hands to vote at the caucus and the precinct leader counted their hands. He also said the delegates were forced to publicly declare there candidate in order to qualify to be a delegate.

I was amazed that the caucus was so non-chalant. Pissed me off that there was no paper trail. I have some video but not of my initial interview with the precinct captain.

My name is Jeremy Buttell - I was previously registered as a Libertarian. I live in Sherman Oaks, California (Los Angeles County)

I re-registered before the cutoff period (Jan 20th I believe) as a Republican.

I got to the polls (precinct 9001924) and was forced to cast a provisional ballot because I was listed as a Libertarian still.

After filling out the provisional ballot, the poll worker mistakenly sealed in my receipt inside the provisional envelope. She noticed this after she had already placed it in the box. It seemed like an honest mistake, but still - considering all of the previous mistakes, it didn't make me feel very confident in the process.

A few additional details to expose the apparent incompetence of those running our voting system.

There has been an 'error' with my registration for probably the past 10 years. I've attempted to correct it on multiple occations. Maybe as early as the first time I registered to vote at 18, they've spelled my name "Germy" I reregistered to correct this, they then had TWO entries on the list (I could have in theory voted twice, but of course I wouldn't do that) One entry properly listed as "jeremy" the other as "germy" I informed them that "jeremy" was correct and "Germy" should be removed at least twice at the polls. They crossed it off and informed me it would be removed.

So last month, I reregister - on the form I state that my name is 'jeremy' and that I'm at a new address (new apt number, SAME street address though) and that I'm joining the Republican party.

A week or so later, my wife finds a return-card, notice of recent registration, sitting at our community mailbox addressed to my OLD address!!! It's to "Germy" again! AND it states on the back of the card that on the 'reverse' side it should state the party affiliation - which it DID NOT state. I've since heard from many people that this happened to them too... missing party affiliation on the card.

Who the hell do they have running these places?

Many people in California reported that they were unable to vote for Ron Paul because, although they switched registration to Republican before the deadline, when they walked into vote they were not on the Republican roster. The Pasadena, CA MeetUp can put you in touch with these people.

I think California was a disaster! I never heard so many people call in to the radio shows and express their problems with voting, form registration problems to RP missing from the ballot, to the building not opening until later (missing many early voters, to machine malfunctions - I'm talking di-fricken-saster.

I went to vote, they had the electronic machines - after reading the directions and making my choices, I looked down at the "Enter" button, looked back up at the screen and highlighted name dropped to "John McCain" (who was under Ron Paul on the column of names), I had to correct the entry. If I hadn't double checked my entry my vote would have go to McCain!

The selector dial was really touchy and too easy to spin. It would have been very easy to enter the wrong choice.

While Ron Paul supporters didn't expect him to outright win some of these states, we know the fraud has kept him from placing high in many states.

As I explained in my last column, the partial recount done by the Kucinich people and the half dozen counties now counted on the GOP side in New Hampshire show the numbers do not match in dozens of precincts. It's too early to give a report yet. I refuse to roll over just because it's the path of least resistance. I'm collecting as much as I can about these primaries. However, I need your help. This won't cost you anything except maybe 15-20 minutes of your time. I'm willing to do this unpaid work, but I need some data from some of the states. Specifically, if you live in these states, I need your assistance: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma and Tennessee. There are a great many and a great many more which I didn’t include regarding
New Hampshire. Some may conclude that only in New Hampshire was the problem
bad but I would like to point out that only in New Hampshire is there a paper trail
afforded those who seek to verify the vote count. So in reality they got busted the
most there because it is there that they are the most bustable.
